Choctaw Voices
Rhonda endured hardship throughout her life and thought that things would get easier once she got right with the Lord. As she found out, that isn’t necessarily the case. However, she found that resting and trusting in God was the path forward. She daily prepares her heart and mind with the Word of God. The armor of God from Ephesians 6 has been a key Scripture for her as she grows in her walk with the Lord!
Rhonda’s story is one of several stories touching lives through the Native Voices Project. Read her story.

Choctaw Bible
There are two online Bible reading options. The first is the entire Gospel of Mark. The second contains portions of the New Testament including 2 Corinthians, 1, 2, and 3 John.
Words of Life – Choctaw Language
Listen to recordings called “Words of Life” in the Choctaw Language. These short recordings include Bible stories and hymns in the language of the Choctaw people.

Standing Firm in Life’s Battles
My name is Rhonda Juarez. I am from Antlers, Oklahoma. I am a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. I have always loved the land of my Choctaw people, where the land is green.

Recounting God’s Blessings
I am a member of the Choctaw Nation. Our Nation is headquartered in Durant, Oklahoma, and is the country’s third largest tribe. I want to take this opportunity to share with you what God has done in my life. When I was fifteen years old, I had been attending a Bible study for teens on a military base near my home.
